 I. ||GEN|| Regulations of Conduct & Recruitment

1. Conduct: American Generals Clan (further referred to as the clan) Team speak, Gaming Servers, and Website. Everyone playing on our servers will treat all players, members and non-members (guest) alike with dignity and respect. We will not tolerate any racial, sexual, ethnic, religious, misogynistic or similar such slurs or comments. This includes but not limited to TeamSpeak, ||GEN|| website / Forums and game servers chat and binds. Failure to comply will result in being kicked then if a second accuracy you will be banned. This includes but not limited to TeamSpeak, ||GEN|| website / Forums and game servers.

2. Cheating/Hacking: Under no circumstances will cheating or hacking be tolerated. Any player caught doing so will immediately be kicked from our servers and banned from them. If the individual feels he/she has been kicked/banned without merit. They may petition with the admins(5star’s) to have the issued reviewed and voted on by the Administrators. After the issued has been voted on, it maybe revisited in thirty days for a revote at the request of the individual that has been banned. If the individual is still banned after ninety days, they may request a third and final revote by the admin group. After the third vote is completed; the issue will be considered permanently closed. And will not be revisited.

3. Recruitment: Someone wishing to join the clan will need to be at least 18 years old and agree to all of the ||GEN|| MEMBERS RULES OF ENGAGEMENT then post in the recruiting forum their desire to Join the ||GEN|| clan. An admin will then respond to the individual to participate with the clan in team speak while playing so the members of the clan get to know the individual As well as issue a ||GEN|| recruit tag. Once the individual has been participating in team speak to the point where the members are comfortable with them, an Admin will then place the individual up for vote in the HQ form for clan members to vote on. (All Votes whether member or admin carry the same weight.) The candidate’s vote will be up for seven (7) days. Once the seven-day period has expired the vote will be tallied by an admin, and the results posted and appropriate action taken, whether to induct the member or not. The new ||GEN|| clan member will not be required to pay dues until the next month due.

II. ||GEN|| Members Rules of Engagement

1. Age: At least 18 years old to be considered for immediate voting if you are between the age 14 and 18 we require you to be on team speak with us for at least 2 months before you will be considered for vote.

2. Tags: Always wear your tag proudly on our Servers and in our Teamspeak.

3. Teamspeak: All members must be on Teamspeak while playing on our servers

4. Tags and other servers: Any Clan members that are playing on other servers (non-Gen servers) that have been banned from another server for suspected cheating/hacking will be entitled to representation from the clan’s admin group in regards to the ban. Provided the individual was banned while wearing ||GEN|| tags.  However if the individual was banned while wearing ||GEN|| tags, and after review; it is determined that the member had been cheating/hacking on another server. Then the member will be subject to disciplinary action up to including permanent banning from the ||GEN|| Clan. 

• If the member is caught on another server cheating/hacking without wearing their ||GEN|| tags, they will not be offered representation from the admin group.

5. Guest: If a guest on our server is acting in appropriate and immediate action is needed to rectify the situation and no Administrators are on line, then the members have access to the Administrators personal phone numbers 24/7 in the HQ forms and may call in admin to have the situation addressed. The Admin will then determine the course of action and time frame required on the issue.

6. Check in: the clan requires a monthly roster check-in to determine whether a member is still an active part of the clan or not. Failure to check in after two months (barring unforeseen circumstances or pre arranged agreements (i.e. out of town) will be considered in-active and be dropped from the Clan.

7. Dues: We are a non-profit, gaming clan that realizes on dues from our members and donations from our non-members to be an ongoing concern. Our current dues fee is $8.00 eight dollars U.S. per month payable to the American Generals Clan. Thu pay pal or other arrangements made with the clan treasurer. Failure to pay dues 2 consecutive months will be subject to banning from the clan’s server until dues are caught up. If there are extenuating circumstances please contact an admin for assistance.

8. Server changes: Administrators will vote on any changes to the server, and before changes are made they will be brought to the clan for vote (excluding adding new maps, but maps can be removed if the members bring the issue to a vote).

9. Voting: Any good standing member of the ||GEN|| clan can submit an issue for vote and put the vote up i.e map change, ect. The issue will be open for voting for seven (7) days. After the seven-day timeline has expired for the vote to remain open, it will then be closed. The votes will be tallied by an admin and posted. The appropriate course of action will then be complied with by the admin that is responsible for that area in which the vote covers. Voting on any changes maps ect after each vote will have a cooling off period of 30 days before a revote with no more than three votes on any change.

10. Conditions: The ||GEN|| clan admin group reserves the right to change/ edit/ modify a rule based our clan requirements and current conditions.
